Contact

Version 0.3 - 1 May 2026

This draft page lists the contact channels Euvyra should publish for privacy, safety, legal, security, and general requests.

Draft status

Euvyra currently uses one public contact address for privacy, safety, legal, security, support, and funding interest while the beta is being structured.

Dedicated role mailboxes, company addresses, legal entity details, and response commitments must be approved before launch.

Primary contact channel

  • Privacy requests: Euvyra@tuta.com
  • DSA notices and moderation appeals: Euvyra@tuta.com
  • Security reports and incident disclosure: Euvyra@tuta.com
  • Terms, legal, or company notices: Euvyra@tuta.com
  • Support or funding interest: Euvyra@tuta.com
  • General product support: Euvyra@tuta.com

What to include

  • Your account email or handle if you have an account.
  • The URL, post ID, profile handle, or report ID related to your request.
  • A clear description of the issue and the outcome you are requesting.
  • For security reports, include reproduction steps, affected endpoints, and potential impact.

Privacy requests

Users should use the Settings page for data export and account deletion where possible. Email can be used when account access is unavailable or the request does not fit the self-service flow.

Security disclosures

Euvyra should acknowledge security reports, triage severity, preserve incident metadata, and avoid asking researchers to disclose vulnerabilities publicly before a reasonable fix window.

Law-enforcement and legal requests

Legal requests should be sent to Euvyra@tuta.com until a dedicated legal request address and company contact details are approved.

Requests should identify the requesting authority, legal basis, affected account or content, requested action, response deadline, and secure return contact details.

Euvyra does not treat informal requests, private messages, or unverifiable emails as valid legal process. International law-enforcement requests should come through recognised legal or official channels.
