Moderation Policy

This draft policy explains Euvyra's safety standards, human review model, enforcement options, and appeal process.
Draft status
This is a draft product policy. It must be reviewed by legal, safety, and operations specialists before production launch.
Safety principles
- Protect adults using the platform from illegal content, harassment, abuse, scams, and privacy violations.
- Use proportionate enforcement based on context, severity, history, and risk.
- Keep a human-review path for reports, restrictions, removals, suspensions, and appeals.
- Record decisions clearly enough to support accountability and transparency.
- Keep report categories clear enough for people to report harassment, hate or racism, threats, privacy violations, non-consensual intimate content, illegal content, spam, and misleading professional claims.
No AI moderation decisions
Euvyra's first production basis excludes AI moderation decisions. The platform may use structured queues, forms, and audit logs, but enforcement decisions should be made by human moderators.
If automated detection or AI assistance is introduced later, this policy, user notices, risk assessment, and compliance matrix must be updated first.
Content that may be restricted or removed
- Illegal content or instructions for illegal activity.
- Threats, harassment, targeted abuse, hate-based attacks, or incitement to violence.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or publication of private information.
- Impersonation, scams, phishing, malware, spam, or coordinated manipulation.
- Content that interferes with platform security, privacy controls, or moderation systems.
Possible actions
- Dismiss the report if no violation is found.
- Limit visibility while a report is reviewed.
- Remove specific content.
- Warn the account holder.
- Temporarily or permanently suspend an account.
- Escalate urgent illegal content, child safety issues, or security incidents to the appropriate specialist process.
Context and evidence
Moderators should consider the content itself, surrounding conversation, report reason, account history, safety risk, and any applicable legal obligation.
Evidence should be handled with access controls and retained only as long as needed for safety, appeals, transparency, or legal requirements.
Appeals
Users affected by moderation decisions should receive a practical appeal route. Appeals should identify the decision, explain why the user disagrees, and be reviewed without relying only on the original report.
If an appeal is accepted, Euvyra should reverse or adjust the action where technically and legally possible.
Emergency and security issues
Credible threats, child safety risks, account compromise, platform abuse, or severe security incidents should be escalated quickly through the incident response process.

Euvyra may escalate credible threats, child safety risks, severe illegal content, account compromise, or security incidents to competent authorities where required or legally appropriate.
Any disclosure should be limited to what is necessary and proportionate for the specific legal basis, safety risk, or binding order.
Euvyra does not provide informal bulk access, backdoors, or unrestricted moderator access to external parties.
