These draft terms describe the expected rules for using Euvyra as an adult-only, no-advertising social media platform.

Draft status

These terms are a product draft and require legal review before production launch.

They do not create a final customer contract until approved and published by the operating company.

Service description

Euvyra is a social media platform for community feeds, profiles, discovery, messaging, reporting, privacy settings, and safety review.

The service is intended to be EU-first, privacy-conscious, and free from advertising-based profiling.

Adult-only access

Euvyra requires adult-only access. Users must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law in their country requires a higher age to use this type of service.

Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be restricted or removed after review.

Account responsibilities

  • Use accurate account information and keep login access secure.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Do not share access with someone who is not allowed to use the service.
  • Notify Euvyra if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content you post

Users remain responsible for the posts, comments, messages, profile text, media, and reports they submit.

By posting content, users give Euvyra the limited permission needed to host, display, transmit, back up, moderate, and operate that content inside the service.

No advertising business model

Euvyra is not designed around behavioural advertising, ad auctions, or selling personal data to advertisers.

If the business model changes in the future, the terms, privacy policy, and consent surfaces must be updated before the change is used.

NSFW and sexual content

NSFW content is blocked on Euvyra. Adult-only access does not mean explicit sexual content, pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors is allowed.

Reports involving sexual exploitation, child safety, coercion, non-consensual intimate content, or illegal sexual content should be escalated for urgent human review.

Professional and sensitive claims

Users must not claim to be a doctor, financial adviser, political official, lawyer, regulated professional, public representative, or similar trusted role unless they can provide suitable proof when Euvyra asks for verification.

Professional claim verification may be required before Euvyra shows a verified professional status. Until then, posts that look like health, financial, legal, political, or professional advice may show disclaimers and may be reviewed after reports.

Prohibited use

  • Illegal content or activity.
  • Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, or incitement to violence.
  • Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or any attempt to involve minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate content or privacy-invasive publication of personal information.
  • Spam, scams, malware, platform manipulation, scraping abuse, or attempts to bypass safety systems.
  • False reports, abusive appeals, or repeated misuse of moderation tools.

Netherlands-based legal requests

Euvyra is operated from the Netherlands and may respond to valid legal requests from competent Dutch, EU, EEA, or international authorities when those requests arrive through recognised legal channels.

Euvyra may preserve, restrict, remove, or disclose limited information where required by law, to comply with binding legal process, to investigate illegal content, or to prevent imminent harm.

Informal requests, private messages, unverifiable emails, or broad voluntary access requests are not treated as valid legal process.

Moderation and enforcement

Euvyra may review reported content, restrict visibility, remove content, warn users, suspend accounts, dismiss reports, or preserve records where required for safety or legal reasons.

When a moderation decision affects a user, Euvyra should provide a statement of reasons and access to an appeal route where required.

Service availability

The prototype and demo environment may change, reset, or be unavailable. Production availability commitments should be documented separately if paid plans are introduced.

Euvyra may update features, layouts, policies, and safety workflows as the platform develops.
